Our ReStore is located at 1424 North Boyer Avenue in Sandpoint. We are located directly east of Panhandle Special Needs. From the intersection of Highway 95 (5th Avenue) and Larch in Sandpoint (Safeway Store, Shell Gas Station), go west on Larch to the stop sign. Turn right (north) on Boyer Avenue. Cross the first set of railroad tracks and then turn right (east) into the driveway on the south side of the Panhandle Special Needs buildings. Proceed east past Couch Potatoes Upholstery. Ours is the large blue building on the left. The ReStore entrance is about half way down the building. If you get lost please call us at (208)265-5313.

Our ReStore sells home improvement materials that have been donated by individuals and businesses. Our items are either new or used (in good condition) and are priced at low prices, well below retail.

Our inventory changes frequently and may consist of cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures, hardware, roofing, windows, cabinets, carpet, tools, doors, lumber, flooring, appliances and furniture, and much more.

The net proceeds from our ReStore help build Habitat homes, make home improvements affordable for everyone, and is a way to recycle.

 

Volunteer at our ReStore

We are looking for:

• Driver assistant to help pick up donations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  
• Customer Service representatives to help our customers buy our products (during our ReStore hours on Thursdays through Saturdays).

For both of these positions you should be friendly and courteous with good customer service skills and be able to move heavy items using hand trucks, dollies, and a pallet jack. Training will be provided.

We greatly appreciate your donations of new or used items in good condition. Call us at 265-5313 to set up a pickup or drop off time.

Idaho Panhandle Habitat For Humanity is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization so your donations may be tax deductible and you will receive our gratitude along with a receipt for your donation.

• Cabinets and Countertops

• Residential Electrical Materials
• Electronic Equipment

• Furniture
• Hardware
• Lighting Fixtures and Lamps

• Paint (full, unopened)
• Plumbing (rough and finish)
• Tools (power and hand)
• Windows

A more detailed list of items suitable for donation is available upon request. If you have any questions about donations please call 265-5313 and ask for the store manager. Donations may be dropped off at our ReStore Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 5 PM.

If you desire a pickup of your donations please call our store between 10 AM and 5 PM on Thursday through Saturday (our open hours). Pickups are scheduled on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
